Rita began her career at The Boston Consulting Group, where she worked across multiple industries, focusing on business strategy, transformation, and performance improvement. She later co-founded Skoach, a behavioural science–based startup that helped organizations build high-performing cultures. Then as Head of Operations at Amplemarket, Rita led teams in business operations, finance, people, and legal, supporting the company’s growth and scale-up journey. She now serves as an advisor, partnering with startups and investors to build data-driven systems and sustainable growth strategies.
