PERFINOX is one of the leading specialist providers of solutions to the food and beverage sector, offering equipment and systems for food processing to customers worldwide

Since our investment in 2021, we’ve overseen several significant initiatives to reposition the business and enhance profitability. This included increasing production efficiency and capacity, as well as developing a stronger export business.

In 2024, we exited to the international industrial group Krones AG, listed on the German stock market.
