Investment Rationale

Better known for its own brand, Girandola, Valindo has been in business for around 50 years. It as a relevant network of international partners and distributors in over 30 countries across several continents to where it exports about 50% of its production. In Portugal it has over 20 own stores, more than 25 franchised stores and about 120 multi-brand operators. Reinforcing its equity capital will enable the company to speed up recovery following difficulties experienced as a result of economic adversities in recent years.

Strategy

Improve profitability levels rigorously complying with order delivery deadlines. Focus on expansion to new markets, with regular attendance at international trade fairs. Carry out marketing and communication actions to bolster store network competition.
