Partner in the Private Equity, Growth Capital business area, António joined Explorer Investments in 2015. He is responsible for the acquisition, sales and monitoring of the portfolio companies in Explorer’s Growth Capital area.
He began his career in 2005 at Deloitte, within the Consulting Strategy and Operations department. For 7 years, he carried out several projects in different sectors (in the airline industry, energy, tourism and hotel management and retail) restructuring and reorganising companies, reengineering and continuously improving processes, transforming finances and creating budgeting and reporting models. In 2012 he joined one of the largest Brazilian Media Groups as Planning and Management Control Director.
He has a degree in Engineering and Industrial Management from the Instituto Superior Técnico (2005).
