Started working for Explorer in 2023. Responsible for providing legal advice to the management company and funds under its management and for the area of Compliance, as well as for advising Discovery Fund.
Catarina was a consultant at Luiz Gomes e Associados, having previously worked at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira between 2005 and 2018. She has extensive experience in private equity, including investment fund raising and M&A.
She has a LL.M in Commercial and Financial Law from King’s College, University of London (2009), post-graduation in Commercial Law from Universidade Católica de Lisboa (2014) and a Law degree from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa (2001).
