ExperienceAlexandre began his career at PriceWaterhouse and Roland Berger where he focused on restructuring and turnaround projects in Portugal, Germany and Brasil. Then transitioned to RAR Holding, where he was Head of Business Development leading multiple M&A operations both in Portugal and in the UK. Later has been appointed as Board Executive Member in several groups namely Grupo Espírito Santo (OPWAY, ES TOURISM) and recently as CFO of MEO ( former Portugal telecom), where he was responsible for large M&A Operations , such as Creating TowerCo´s, FiberCo´s deal (with Morgan Stanley, etc).
