Worked in London for the last 4 years for Albemarle Asset Management Ltd, as Partner & Chief Investment Officer Alternative Strategies where he was responsible for managing different investments. Between 2015 and 2018, Massimo was CEO & Head of NPL Team of Algebris Italy, in Milan and between 2006 and 2015, partner of Algebris Investments UK, in London. He started his career in Investment Banking in London, at Morgan Stanley (2002-2004) and Goldman Sachs (2004-2006).
